How do I begin to pursue you with all that I am.
How do I lift my head above who I am. 
I keep thinking that this life is mine, but it’s all yours.
And yet I still remain in the depths of my pain.

That the love inside of me can conquer all my despair.

Where do I search for you search for, that can make me alive again

There’s only one thing in this life that I need, and that’s my beautiful Jesus. You’ve given me life, you’ve given me a home with You. My answers are in You, my answers are in You.

Glimpse

My eyes see you all day, but this feeling slips my way, and it won’t go away, no matter what I say. These fingers are loosing grip onto what I’ve held so long, but I must carry on, these thoughts are not my own. 

If I live life like the wind, it will take me far away where I will feel hopeless, and I will ask what did I miss? My God keep my heart safe, I don’t want to leave your embrace, I want to be lost in you, where I will be filled with truth.

When I open my eyes, I thank you for this life, then it all begins, Am I secure in Him? There must be more to this, Am I missing it, here I go again, thinking like the wind.

Heart Safe

In everything I see Him, the beauty of His work alive. It doesn’t take but a little faith to thank Him for all that He’s done.

To commune with you is to see through all the superficial things. My heart has had enough with human reasoning. Father let me see your beauty in the simplest things. I want to be in awe of you, in everything i see

In Everything

The old has passed away, all things are new, I will stay in you, I will stay in you.

All things new, all things new, only through you can you make all things new.

When I gave my life to you, You sealed me with your Grace. And I look upon your face, and I look upon your face.
I was stripped from my nature, and was born again in you, I will pursue, I will pursue you.

All Things New

When you haven’t moved in years, it can be hard to step over fear. Just stick your foot out in front, and faith will rise in your heart, we are here to overcome, we are to overcome.

All things, all things, we can overcome with God, all things, all things, we place them at His throne. We give you are struggles, and cast down these strongholds, all things, all things we can overcome

When all your faith feels lost, just look upon the cross, He died on that day, and rise again from the grave, He overcame all things, He overcame.

Overcome

Leaving behind the friendships I’ve made in this time. It won’t be easy, but it’s time to fly. Away and move on to something that I’m not certain of. I’m taking the first step to what will become. Something so beautiful but I cannot hold it at this moment, 

I trust, I trust in you.

Moving ahead, the closer I get the more far away. I really need your peace to guide my mind to ease. Why do I make it so difficult, I guess because I’m uncertain of what might become, Lord touch my heart.
