I'm Depressed

So this is a song I wrote and recorded beginning of this year that I never really put anywhere for some reason. Think I was saving it for some form of release but I'm kinda past that now. I have this feeling I'm not gonna be making much, if any personal music anymore. To me this feels like a sort of swan song to myself. I'm focusing more on soundtracks now because that's how I want to be making a living. Maybe one day I'll go back to making this kind of music for myself but that's in the far future. Anyway, enjoy all <3

Um, so I kinda just resurrected this track I started recording like 10 months ago. I just came across it on my computer and it was just a guitar track so thought I'd finish it. I intended it to be like a mood piece that I got the idea for end of last summer after a friend planted this image in my head. So here it is. Hope you enjoy ^-^

Song For An Undead Gentleman Full Of Regret

So this is a remaster of a re-recording of a super old song I wrote when I was 15, the subject matter is pretty much meaningless to me now but I always loved the tune of this one, and when I re-recorded the song last year for Black Giraffe it became my favourite on the album. So I decided to put a little more into this one with more producing skill since last year, and re-recorded the vocals in a different style, changed some beats, mixed and mastered it a little differently, and the result is a hell of a lot better now than when I put it out previously. Hope you guys enjoy!

Here's my very own cover of THE GREATEST Christmas song ever conceived from the most Christmassy man who ever lived and sang about it. 

My voice box has pretty much exploded now, I woke up today with the intention of singing all the vocals, but my throat just happened to be royally fucked up due to a cold, today of all days, but I powered through this like a champ, BRAVO MY DEAD VOICE NOW.

Been working on this track on and off for about 10 or so months and now it's finally done! =^.^=

I discovered this song (as most my age probably did) through the Fallout game series and fell in love with the simpliciity yet relevance (to my own life) of the lyrics and the beautiful piano riff, so I decided to make my own cover. 

I hope I haven't completely murdered it for people who actually like this song. I just did what I felt and am ultimately very proud of this.

Stupid (Acoustic)

One of my favourite compositions from Otto & Bradley. The root of this idea actually came from my audition piece when I was shortlisted to compose for the film, so this melody had always been rattling around inside my head from the very beginning. This was the funnest composition to make whilst working on the film, I very much enjoyed layering lots of chaotic horn tracks whilst also incorporating an electric guitar towards the middle section.

This was a lot of fun to make, an extra last minute idea for the credits sequence of Otto and Bradley that also become another of my favourite compositions for the film. I really like my vocal work here as well as the horn melodies and layering in the mid section.
