Spilled Over

“the place i use to hide” was born from an instrumental written by Melting Resonance in New York City and extrapolated on and sung by Yum Yuck in Cape Town. The song’s eerie and wistful production and lyrical themes speak of mixed feelings of isolation, frustration and rebirth. No longer running from your troubles or lovers but attempting to face them dead on. The intimate vocals and spaced-out synthesisers and guitars ebb and flow over a groovy drum and bass interplay that grounds the song.

thank you for everyone who's shown appreciation to hurt. he's honestly the reason I've even gotten this far into making music and the one to motivate me to continue growing and trying my best to be a better music artist.
