Born and raised on the Southside of St. Louis, producer turned rapper J Bird is here to claim the throne of Hip-Hop. He started making music from the side of his bed to cooking up the best of music in studios. While paving the way for a new sound in his hometown of St. Louis, he pays homage to the ones that came before him and looks to inspire the ones that come after him. 
 “Bird Flu” is his third album. He goes into depth on the meaning of the album. “Bird Flu" means the sickest and completely new sound coming out of St. Louis. It’s music with real lyrics and old school flavor, mixed with new school beats and style. It’s the start of an era of new music in St. Louis. I gotta come with the bangers because my city needs it. We need a face that really represents St. Louis reality in the rap game. "Why not me? This that Bird Flu.”
