"Blinding Light" is the second track in my debut album. I knew that I wanted my debut to be dark and moody. I knew my plan was to blend all my favorite sounds that I grew up with all together in a way that still makes me nod my head to the beat. But again, a lot of times in production you go for one thing and then it evolves into something else but you just love it more than you imagined. That is what happened here. I love using synthesizers to create an atmospheric setting for the rest of the song to move within. I felt that a LoFi bass lead complimented the vocal sample and wanted to create more of a classic type of chorus with two bass leads. This song was meant to propel a darker tone into the next three songs of the album which get darker with each track.
