imagiro - until i'm home (Moore Kismet Reboot)

Directly after attending the listening party of QQ's "The Long and Short of It" I made this. Around 97% of it was made the night of, with the rest being made the following morning. That being the case, this is heavily inspired by both TLASOI and QQ's work in general. 

Idk how I feel about releasing releasing it, so I'm throwing it up here for now. It'll probably get polished and released eventually(?)

getting some absolutely shhhlappin drums from @wootnoot is always a blessing. it's basically my idea of heaven. it is waking up on a golden, sunny morning, to the sound of birds chirping, bees buzzing and worms worming. you're on a yacht and you don't have any plans. nowhere to be. you look to your left. a crisp, icy sparkling orange juice sits atop an ornate marble bedside table, waiting to refresh you. you take one (1) sip. ahh, delicious. you look to your right. the human of your dreams is sitting by your side dressed in silky white robes, smiling, looking absolutely amazing in the golden glow. they whisper voluptuously, "Guess What?" and you reply "what is it, my love", then they SLAP YOU across the face with a FISH that they caught while you were asleep. wtf!! rude! at this point you think to yourself "wait, hold on a quick second there sonny jim, how can I hear glorious birds and buzzy bees if I'm on a yacht? somethings not right" , to which the salmon wielding love of your life replies "(insert your name here), you've been in a coma for the last 3 years, the world has been flung into peril in your absence and we've been trying countless ways to wake you up, but I think I've found the solution" - they slap you even harder with the fish. "OW!!!!" your vision grows blurry. the golden glow dissipates into the wind. it's dark. a shadowy figure emerges, and as your eyes adjust to their new surroundings you see large round object hurtling towards you. woah! you narrowly dodge the object, and the shadowy figure comes into view. "ah good, you're back", he says. you look up. it's @wootnoot. he's been throwing drums at you that are SO HARD they've manifested in your unconscious mind in the form of a FISH slapping u in the face. and in an instant you've AWOKEN FROM YOUR COMA. you're alive again baby. go now brave listener, fulfil your destiny in the perilous world beyond. until your mission is complete and you stand victorious, don't stop for anything or anyone. KEEP GOING.
