Hi, I'm James Muirhead a AHRC funded Colloborative Award Doctoral Student with the University of Bristol. I'm working on a project with the ss Great Britain Trust, exploring the historic ship after she ceased to be a working vessel. I'll be visiting the Falkland Islands from the 6th of July to the 3rd August and while there I'll be uploading a series of weekly podcasts that will highlight significant discoveries of my own and interesting stories from the Falkland Islanders about their memories of the historic vessel.
