UKG has rewired Pop, R&B and Dance music in the late 90's providing roof-raising classic tunes and celebrating over two decades of the UKG scene... for me, It's a super fun and catchy dance floor music.

I love music with energy, if it makes my head nod or shoulder pop, then I’m in. After a long break from djing I felt really good to reliving it nowadays, the feel-good vibes and uplifting energy exceeded all my expectations at S.O.C. ... surrounded by beaming smiles, a little bit of Sweet Female Attitude and funky beats... connects any dance floor.

This set it will take you on a little journey through the genre, since the UKG has a large spectrum that can take many forms, capturing many elements of the UKG sound from the early 90's to this day.

> As far as UKG culture is concerned in the UK,
I feel it will always be there and there will always be an appetite for it in that country. UK are so deeply embedded in underground music, and for such a long time, that it’s become a part of their fabric.

> As for the Spanish scene,
there was a stage in our recent past in which British and Tenerife people related as equals but I think from the earlier days of UKG, same with the DNB, Jungle and UK Hardcore, there were pockets of violence and crime around the clubs in certain parts of the country which killed off the scene... although to me, garage was never dead! You don’t see much of that nowadays and this can only be a good thing for the scene in keeping it alive and thriving... and Ibiza it's doing it well right now as the UKG is no doubt back in the ascendant there.

If you live or if you are just on holidays in Spain and you're looking for pure energy, original UKG ravers, garage lovers and some of the world's biggest artists of UKG smashing the dance floor.... then, Ibiza is the place for you.
