This playlist includes my five most recent experimental recordings. I have not taken the time, yet, to fully program a few patterns with a Bheringer TD-3, yet was able to better play a few patterns together to make some decent experimental tracks, at least a little better than my first few attempts with the device.
   For months on end, I wanted the new Bastl Drum synth from noise kitchen. They were not available for sale for about half a year or more, then I got one. I made one recording with it without knowing anything about the patches, watched a video (read a pdf) and made an hour and half recording by connecting the inputs to the outputs in different ways and adjusting various parameters with its knobs. A very interesting device, with certain settings the sounds produce rhythms and beats that, while similar, seem dark and chaotic, with a few surprising high-end sounds hard to describe with words. I would like to, eventually, check out the code on its IC and possibly upload a variation to it or other comparable integrated circuit.
   "A Song for Woods" (made with the Bastl Drum, solely, and minimal software filters) is probably the best song in the list and comes from about thirty minutes of the last of "ill patchable," named accidentally when I was thinking I was listening to the first recording I made with the Bastl Drum before I connected mostly the outputs to the inputs. I had not even uploaded these tracks until today, even though I have been jam'n to them for about ten days. I didn't think anyone I knew was listening to any of these first recordings; someone said they listened to every one of my playlists and loved every song. Because of that, I made sure the newest, most impressive one, to me, lately, was re-titled and uploaded and mentioned. :)
   I hope you enjoy these tracks; they are experimental, for now, still. :)

I am a writer and work in the food service industry. I also study micro electronics and am into diy synth making. I enjoy playing the piano and the guitar, and have some appreciation for 'most' music. I like heavy metal, dance beats, classical/ambient, some country, and whatever can keep me from wanting to listen to something else. I am still learning. I enjoy reading about music boxes, trying to get audio software to work properly, learning to play the piano and guitar better, and attempting to keep hope alive for a more positive future.
