BIG SHOT

After the new release of Super Mario 3D World, I felt inspired to do an arrangement of the main theme. I thought it'd fit pretty nicely with samples from Yoshi's Island, since both game OSTs are heavily jazz-influenced, and overall I'm happy with the result.

Super Mario 3D World theme (Yoshi's Island SNES remix)

A platforming-esque theme from the first Mario Party ever, remixed for the 8-bit handheld Game Boy. Who knew it nicely plays out?

This cover is based on Yasunori Mitsuda's composition from the Mario Party (1998).

Recorded with LSDJ v9.2 using the Game Boy Player as of October 23rd, 2022. The audio is replaced with the one processed in a real original Game Boy, whose motherboard revision is DMG-CPU-07.

Make sure the save file name matches with the LSDJ ROM. Change its file extension to .srm for compatibility with Game Boy flash carts. The music was processed in a real original Game Boy whose motherboard revision is DMG-CPU-07 for both included audio files.
