Park Shadow is the project of Finnish producer Joonas Lehtinen, a figure whose roots stretch back to the late '90s Tracker era (where many early seminal OG jungle / D&B tracks were first rooted production wise). A very personal vision of drum and bass, this project reflects a balance between natural formlessness and urban grit.

Park Shadow has (to date) released music on established labels such as Metalheadz, Dispatch, Straight Up Breakbeat, DSCI4, and Utopia Music.

Across 2 releases (in sequence) for Dispatch Blueprints, Park Shadow delivers music born from instinct - capturing a feeling in the moment of their creation, untouched by calculation or compromise. Preserving that raw spark of creation, while paying homage to the foundations of jungle and drum & bass.

Skankandbass is dedicated towards the official promotion of record labels and artists in the world of drum & bass music. Since inception in 2010, Skankandbass has unearthed some of the freshest talents in the scene and has opened many doors for unsigned artists. Now, a few years in to the game, Skankandbass decides to take on the role of a record label to put together a series of free download singles which aims to further help spread the work of the best unsigned, newcomer artists who deserve more recognition.

When French producers Ak:Hash, Midn8Runner, Dask & Euk came together as Visages, they likely had their sights set on becoming drum & bass’ next notorious quartet, and have hit the ground running.  After putting out their first release on Impact Music in early 2018, the Toulouse based production force quickly followed that up with appearances on Flexout & Dispatch Limited, and now kick off 2019 in style by bringing their dark production style to our label with SNB045 ‘Abraxas / Spacecraft’.
