«I'm Honestly Not A Gangster» Is the first track of a project I’m working on called the Kids Tape. It’s not an EP, it’s not an album, just a series of songs that represent what I’m doing at the moment. 
releasing a lot of different styles that I'm into and I’m hoping to show you more of what I like to do with music. On a lot of these songs I’ll be using my own voice, there will be some videos and some featuring artists/producers. I’ll keep releasing songs for the Kids Tape every other week until it's complete. stay tuned

Frenchman Jeremy Villecourt aka Croquet Club has become an Anjunadeep fan favourite over the past two years with his unique brand of delicate downtempo electronica. With support from international tastemakers like Zane Lowe, Jason Bentley and Rob Da Bank under his belt, and coverage from The Line Of Best Fit, Mixmag and Indie Shuffle, Croquet Club now returns with his most expansive project to date – ‘Love Exposure’.

Following in the footsteps of legendary French acts like Air, Sebastian Tellier and Etienne De Crecy (who featured Croquet Club’s ‘Jacuzzi’ in his latest BBC Essential Mix), the six track mini-album sees Jeremy showcase his quirky style in true gallic fashion.

The blissful beatlessness of ‘Andante’ ushers us into Villecourt’s musical world, before his own vocals appear in the soulful ‘Careless Love’. ‘Summer’ is a joyous slice of dancefloor fun, melodic basslines bouncing beneath wistful vocals.

‘Go Slow’ will be familiar to Anjunadeep regulars after it’s appearance on the iTunes #1 Dance album ‘Anjunadeep 07’ recently – an intricate fusion of soft piano and rolling groove. Jeremy’s vocals take centre stage in Eternité where his breathy lyrics, sung in French, loop hypnotically above bubbling atmospherics, before ‘You Left Me’ ends things on a beautifully contemplative note.

Westwood is proud to present ‘LIFEBLOOD’ - the debut album from Canadian electronic music and DJ duo, PINEO & LOEB. 

Written over the course of 3 years, LIFEBLOOD is the culmination of a musical journey of self discovery for the duo who set out to write a record focusing on songwriting, emotion, and genre bending production. 

Collaborators on the project include Juno Award Winning fiddle prodigy Ashley MacIsaac, world touring turntable champion Skratch Bastid, and Caribbean island sensation Kayo Gueverra. A high energy electro cover of Canadian rock legends The Tragically Hip also appears on the record next to songs with award winning rappers Quake Matthews and Ghettosocks. 

The dynamic between PINEO & LOEB is the heart of the record, landing in the centre point between PINEO’s theatrical electronic production and LOEB’s smooth and funky approach. 

Each song strives to have it’s own identity with guest musicians playing live acoustic instruments including saxophone solos from Codo Lowe, guitar work from Sam Klaas, musicians hired from the website Fiverr, brass solos on Don’t Go... and the spoken word outro by a Jamaican voice actor on What I Need. 

The album was mixed and mastered by Toronto based engineer MSA, who recently worked on Uptown Funk with Mark Ronson.
