Probably one of my most "danceable" tracks. This is one of my oldest tracks as well, simply titled "Brickell." The idea was to write something very simple that somehow screams "Miami." I think this track captures that exact vibe. I have gone back and remastered this old track, reviving it from the shadow realm.

And just like that, in what seems like the blink of an eye, Selador turns 7 years old and in turn, the Selador Showcase series slips into double figures. 
During these challenging times, it seems slightly strange to be celebrating anniversaries but music is one of the best forms of solace, inspiration and distraction we have, so despite most of the World’s dance floors being on lockdown right now, it’s good to know we can still share, connect and help beat those lockdown blues.
Our tenth Showcase compilation features six new and exclusive cuts from some long time friends of the label and one or two new ones to boot.
Our Dutch friend Jaap Ligthart then weighs in with ‘Fubar’, a track so on point it’s shameful. Driving, enigmatic and melodically abstract. The sound of now. 
And that friends, is how we intend to continue to roll here at Selador HQ. By putting our best foot forward and ploughing on regardless, offering positivity in the only way we know how, through the medium of quality club music.
