This transmutation of Paganini’s Caprice No. 7 reconstructs the original violin figuration into a long-form suite for chamber electronics and processed strings. Module 1 opens in open-C mode, with climbing figures redistributed across synthetic Hammond B3 and doubled Strat. The second module refracts into polymetric groupings against a layered ostinato pulse, while the guitar switches to percussive half-damp strokes. The third and final module dissolves into harmonic expansions: tape-delayed Hammond lines, bowed detunings, subbass pedal points. Repetition is avoided through micro-rhythmic shifts and phrase offsetting. Time is occasionally stretched or decoupled from pulse, but returns to grid on phrase collapse. All instrumentation is synthetic, triggered, or resequenced. Nothing is looped.
