Go Vikings!  
                                

	All my life I was a loyal Minnesota fan, as loyal as a dog to its owner. I always liked the Vikings, Timberwolves, and other Minnesota teams. My motto was always go Vikings or go home! I liked the Vikings as much as food loves not being eaten. I believe anybody should be able to have their own interests and, like whatever they want. 


I believe this because I was judged for liking the Vikings even to this very day. I thought Minnesota teams were the best teams to play in the sports and still do to this day. Living in the state of Colorado most people like the Broncos and Warriors. A lot of the time I was judged for liking Minnesota teams, but I never let it bring me down and always kept my Minnesota pride. Growing up in Colorado you learn a few things. People love the Broncos and Rockies. For Basketball however, people like popular teams. For example, the Warriors, Cavaliers, Thunder, and much more. I always found it funny that I could barely find anyone that liked the Nuggets, yet I was judged for liking my team. I’m often told Vikings suck, Vikings are losers, Vikings never won a superbowl, and even go Packers! Growing up a Vikings fan has been easy though are winning seasons, and rough during our hard seasons. Although we might have lost our division I always stuck with the Vikings.

 I never let it bring down my spirit and always looked forwards. I didn’t let the negative comments about the game fill my mind. I always try to focus on the better things like, if we got a touchdown, if one player had a really good game, anything that I can feel good about. I just have to remember I have to look at the good sides of things. However, whenever we win a game I can be as happy as a child going to the park. 

Going through life getting teased for liking a football team has been a little tough. I never let it get to me though. I believe anybody should be able to have their own interests and like whatever they want, and still do to this very day.
