Dernier Métro is a midnight journey through the soul of the city. Vieira Nova leads us into the heart of Paris, where the last train becomes a metaphor: for fleeting encounters, dreams that vanish with dawn, and the electric pulse of youth moving forward despite the shadows.

Across twelve tracks, the album balances urban grit (“Électrique,” “Paradis artificiel”), cinematic ballads (“Au bord du monde,” “Lumière fragile”), and anthemic manifestos (“Vieira Nova”). The sound is both personal and expansive — moving from intimate whispers on an empty platform to explosive choruses that feel like the whole city is singing along.

Thematically, it explores:

Night vs dawn — the push and pull of darkness and renewal.

Connection vs solitude — lovers and strangers crossing paths.

Artificial vs real — neon illusions against fragile truths.

Identity & rebirth — Vieira Nova’s own name echoing as a statement of artistic arrival.

The album closes on Dernier Métro, a cinematic track that captures the beauty of holding on in fleeting moments, reminding us that even in transience, there’s something eternal in music and love.

Jace’s passion and talent for music has established himself as one of the world’s favorite DJs. 

Originally from Washington, DC, Jace M began his DJ journey in 2002. While attending university, Jace took advantage of his free time to learn how to DJ. By 2005, Jace had landed a residency at Necto Nightclub, the largest Gay Nightclub in the Detroit Area.

In addition to being an accomplished DJ, using his club life experience, Jace produces and promotes the largest gay events in Detroit under the name Thots & Prayers. With six different event brands under his belt, his accomplishments continue to expand. 

Jace also spends time in the studio as well and recently released a single with singer Joey Diamond. He’s also released numerous other remixes where he’s collaborated with people like Joe Gauthreaux, Mauro Mozard, and his frequent production buddy, Toy Amrada.
