Sofa Beats brings you THE BITZPAN for this episode with a live set featuring tracks from their upcoming single and some older tracks as well.  'The Bitzpan' is a Psychedelic Downtempo / Electronica music project from Athens, Greece.
The artists behind the name are Panos Nikolaou and Yannis Bitzanis
   They use a mixed technique of Digital - Analog equipment to create their own 
personal sound of various soundscapes, atmospheres and downtempo musical designs.
   Overlapping downtempo gender offers the audience a wide musical odyssey ,from chilled to ecstatic grooves.
It's a deeper plunge into the raw analog sound synthesis, an exploration of instruments and technics dialoguing harmonically with each other, an understanding of the physics of sound and a try to blend it.
   The Bitzpan duo combines several times classic psychedelic and techno elements with mid tempo grooves, analog drums, rhythmic basses, trippy modular melodies and organic instrument layers. 
   The journey into electronic music production began back in 2000 and never stopped ever since.
Their official discography started in 2014 on labels such as Sofa Beats (Iboga Records), Iono Music and many more!

This is an exclusive set by FONETIK titled Japanese Whispers: "In recent years, I've been introduced to more and more so-called environmental music - a mixture of new age, minimalism and ambient that has been influencing Japanese culture since the 1980s. I selected a number of them, adding koto, techno and IDM from Japanese artists." FONETIK is a DJ and record collector from Budapest with a strong focus on organic sounds. His collection spans a broad range, from jazz to ambient—always with a human touch. He began DJing and collecting records around 2000. From 2014, he held a weekly residency at Instant/Fogas with the International Love Affair crew; prior to that, he was a regular contributor to the Hungarian club and festival circuit with the Ghetto Bazaar DJ crew and global bass blog. In contrast to the club circuit, these days he is more interested in telling a story through his mixes.
