you broke my reverie, grabbed my arm and whispered
"follow me, I know a place where we can wander freely"
my mouth stayed silent but my mind responded swiftly

why's the pale moon staring at me with a crooked smile and a glow so meek ? why the fervent grin in your teeth when I say nothing but your hold on me feels indiscreet
it's exceeding me

so fervidly we went outside to kiss the breeze that 
kissed back so glacially
and all at once there came a rhapsody
waves of wind that sparked our curiosity

why's the moon ignoring the trees as they sway along to the snowy breeze ? why's this heartlocked feeling appeased when the wind pushes you away from me ? to our defeat
feels incomplete
it's exceeding me
