Pure Imagination

Chris Donahue, AKA Donnie Evil, of Bozeman, Montana.  Known locally from bands Oxide, Johnny Steel & The Decline of the West, The Touchers, the Meatskin Jubilee Jugband and others.  Punks and pickers knew Donnie from Galax to Bellingham.  RIP old-time buddy.

These tracks were recorded Summer 2006 at the Tracy house in Bozeman.  Penny Postcard was one of his granddad's songs, written during WW2 I think.  Quietly Insane written by John Usher.  

Chris Donahue - Greener Fields

This set has been in development for a long time. Originally arranged for 2024 campout season, it was shelved for nearly a year. More tracks were acquired and integrated in 2025, abd a bunch that were originally in didn't make the final cut. I've been taking some time off from DJing while learning to play guitar and pursue other creative outlets, but I felt the inspiration to dust off the decks and finally get this set finished. I'm pleased with how it turned out and I hope you enjoy it! If you do, drop a <3, repost and follow me. I'll try to not let an entire year go by before the next recording gets published!
