Shade of Blue

Her bags are packed and waiting by the door.
She says she wants her last name back and nothing more.

But the feeling isn't the same this time around.

Music Box Fantasy

Songwriter and piano artist Jack Franklin Wise writes songs and original compositions that will "paint a musical portrait" in the minds of listeners.  Jack's piano creations can be listened to on Spotify, Pandora, and other streaming sites.  The emphasis for Jack's Soundcloud page is to introduce his commercial songs, tapping into the rich music talent from Music City, USA to produce quality, radio ready demos.     

 Jack started piano lessons at the age of 10 and in a few years played piano specials and offertories for church services.  His first piano creation, "Restless Tide" was composed as a young teenager.  The song was a favorite of his late Grandma Cline.  As a young adult, he served as pianist for the Belmont Nazarene Church in Pueblo, Colorado.  During that time, he accompanied choir cantatas for Easter and Christmas, and composed music and lyrics for a children’s Christmas musical, “The Luckiest Donkey”.   The musical was performed two consecutive years at the Sangre De Cristo Arts Center through the sponsorship of a Pueblo Christian organization.   Jack also participated with praise and worship teams at young adult retreats for the First Presbyterian Church in Colorado Springs.   In 2008, Jack performed in a 3-night gala in Pueblo with "Patti Gallagher's Musical Notes" featuring the music of Irving Berlin and Cole Porter.  Jack now lives in Nashville and in 2021, he was a semi-finalist in Brickman's Big Break music artist talent competition.  Jack is blessed to now have more time to work on his craft of songwriting. . .  the journey is the reward!
