Having jumped into the studio, the pair effortlessly locked in an ice-cold groove before their imaginations soared to warmer climates. Which of course, beckoned the saxophone.

A quintessential soundtrack for the summer season, 'Lessons' encapsulates the spirit of House, with its deep, groovy essence never reaching a peak, but instead delivering nostalgic '90s vibes with a modern '24 flair. True to form, a Hipp-E release wouldn't be complete without a touch of acid. 'Lessons' takes a dip and trip, stripping down to its core elements of percussion, strings, and smooth Rhodes piano to create a fresh bubbling take on the original.
