DJ Planet Express is the moniker of Toronto-based electronic artist/producer Joseph Manzoli. A veteran of the Toronto and New York indie scenes, he has contributed to projects by ginla, Katie McBride, Adrianne Lenker, and Nick Hakim.

His body of work has been rapidly expanding with a steady stream of releases. While initially gaining traction in the lo-fi house scene in 2018, the artist’s sound has evolved, pulling from elements of seminal electronic music genres such as jungle, house, footwork, juke, ambient, techno, drum & bass, and more. His 2023 debut LP, Shiny Things, accumulated millions of streams across platforms, becoming an underground electronic classic.
