Underneath the moon shadows of the trees, She stumbled with weariness. He did not know how long they had been walking. With every step he peered at the ground, the light flickering as the lantern swayed in his hand. The forest was full of shapes and shadows and only barely could he see the faint footprints on the ground — it was like searching for a wrinkle in a flower petal. As she tripped, he steadied her with his arm. “We should rest,” she said. He shook her head and pulled away angrily. “We must keep going. We have to find the island” “But you are tired,” she said, “and I am too. We can rest and afterward we will be able to continue faster.” “I am not tired,” he said fiercely. Her irritation seemed to give him energy. “If you are tired, you can rest. But I will continue to look for our island” “We should stay together,” she said quietly. “If you wish to stay with me,” he said, “then you will have to keep going.” Zeitreich fell asleep in Vienna and awoke days later in the Island of dreams. This is their second offering for Shango Records. These tracks bring you the light of the universe.

Da ist es also nun endlich. Das lang versprochene Album des Berliner Producers Brascon, dem multitalentierten Mitbegründer von Peace Peter und DAS MAER wird am 22. Mai auf allen digitalen Plattformen erscheinen. Und das Warten hat sich gelohnt: Denn das knapp betitelte Album „Vän“ ist das experimentierfreudigste, persönlichste und ambitionierteste Projekt, dem sich der Deep-House Maestro in seiner bisherigen Karriere gewidmet hat. Von den unzähligen in der freien Wildbahn zusammengesammelten Samples bis hin zu den sorgfältig kuratierten und inszenierten Features strotzt das Album nur so vor Liebesbeweisen an Klang, Musik, die Natur und vor allem an all die Menschen, die in den letzte Jahren Teil Brascons musikalischer Reise waren. „Vän“ ist das schwedische Wort für Freund, womit schon der Titel verspricht, was die Musik später einzuhalten vermag: Dass Brascon hier eine Hommage an all die Kreativen Köpfe seines Bekanntenkreises aussprechen möchte, die ihn auf diesem Album musikalisch begleiten.
