The “Good Sex (Beatology Remix)” reunites Kevin Drew with Broken Social Scene’s longtime producer and collaborator Dave Newfeld. 

Having produced Broken Social Scene's breakout record 'You Forgot It In People’ as well as 2005’s ’Self Titled’, Newfeld played a key roll in defining the band’s sound in the studio and helped to develop records that intrigued, challenged, and elevated the listener. 

Here, Newfeld takes the love song “Good Sex" - the first single from Drew’s sophomore solo record 'Darlings' - and joyously expands on the song’s ideal.

Beatology is Newfeld's studio project featuring his favourite session players including Tony Nesbitt Larking on drums, Simon Lukasewich on strings, and Dan Bone on sax and flute.
