This is something I programmed in Fruity Loops. Just to show you how rediculously easy it is to make EEEEEEEVERY song on the radio. Insert your own "I'm in the club, getting drunk" lyrics all throughout this whole song, and it will sound surprisingly alike to all the shitty songs on the radio. Enjoy!

Typical Club Songs

This is a cover I did aaaages ago, and I am only just uploading the audio. With this cover I tried to do something very different with the middle part of the song to give it my own kind of twist. Hope you enjoy. Thumbs up!

One Armed Scissor Cover

I played drums on this electronic style song for a good friend of mine who happens to be a part of The Oscillators. This song has not been mixed, that is why the drums still sound pretty raw, but at least this gives you an indication of where it was going. Enjoy!

Hardbeat with Live drums

This was just a chance to muck around and play some drums after a rehearsal. The pure reason behind it was to test my drum mixing skills. What do you think? :)

Drum Jam at Rehearsal

This was recorded at a gig where I filled in. This band literally got together that night and played. This happened to be one I picked for not so obvious reasons. I think the drumming is relatively solid, but overall it was the vibe that made it cool, raw and fun. It's not the type of covers I play on a regular basis, so it was nice to lash out some old school rock. This ones for the rockers :)

Paranoid- Black Sabbath cover by Jack Thomson

I recorded these at Island Studios one night after a recording session. The idea was to record some Lo-Fi sounding hip hop drum loops, this is a sampler from these sessions. I recorded these with one mic- a 'digitor' brand microphone tha had been lying around since the days of dinosaurs haha. These are typically known as terrible sounding microphones, but with some compression, reverb, and 8 different locations in the room this thing ended up creating its own unique sounds. I recorded this with a 16" bass drum, 14" hats and a 14" Pearl Chad Smith Signature snare drum.
