i said before the end felt like long days rolling out from under you in a sleepy haze, just like in the circular ruins; now it feels like long hours fading away as the night turns into morning on a sleepless night staring at the colour-changing sky out of the rectangle window in my room. i am sure this is not the true intention though because that's never been birdless (haha i mean never been absent from cheeping birds, i just thought of the other meaning of birdless)
