This song was written at a very dark period in my life, where I was on the verge of a divorce, and was threatened by someone with a gun…the person happened to be the one my husband was cheating on me with while we were figuring out our issues. I went to therapy for help, only to be heavily gaslit by my doctors and my own husband…I just had pills prescribed and told it happens…
I wrote this hoping someone out there can relate.
