The first part of this song("Bad Dreams")is some of the first lyrics I ever wrote. Performed in 6th grade "show and tell"(Mr. Stupar's homeroom class). Had the Casio MT 500 keyboard(with the 4 yellow drum pads)🤪
This recording is from a "live" show soundcheck at The Red Carpet in St Cloud. No one I would rather have run F.O.H.(front of house/main audience sound)for me than Leah Andersen. For the "live" sound/audio nerds out there..you can hear small adjustments throughout as Leah expertly sets "gates" and "comps". Very cool 😎. love  to Leah and the whole Andersen family. This is Mindy and I recording on Tascam 424 tape cassette. We were 15&16yrs old when this song was recorded in my bedroom at my parents house in Monticello, MN. I wrote this song as a sophomore in highschool. Started to notice prone to high anxiety and panic attacks. Thank you Mindy and the whole Zavodnick family(John..Jan..Matt..Michelle). I feel your love and miss all of you. BTW..biggest question I get on this song is "Who is singing with you"?. Mindy is the ⭐STAR⭐ on this one. She has never been considered a "back up singer" on this album or when in "live" concert together. She is prominently featured singing original lines and tight harmonies right along with me and a few contributing guests on more than half of the album's tracks!!

All This Time

this song was recorded in '94. it was written when I was 17 yrs old. Back then I was just happy to make 2 full verses rhyme😊 then I later found there were other worriers who related to the words no matter the accompaniment. Now we are older and finding both music and verse to be even more relevant to where we've been..what hardships and struggles we have endured..where we are now and what we we did to get here. More so it is a celebration of life long changes and  learning to become our better selves through hindsight and stepping back. "Take a look around".  "small steps"
I want to dedicate this song to the MN DHS MCR. After not being able to perform for many years due to an increasing medical condition..I am back on stage and so happy to have my life back. As a state.. MN is tops in consideration.. care.. an courtesy to help.

**Radicalize** the system by putting our efforts and billions of saved legal funds into the proper hands of scientists..doctors (and the like)to study its possible healing as well as CAUTIONARY effects. 
**Declassify** My prescribed 2pills 5mg THC /day should hardly share in the same category as very deadly hardline illegal drugs. YES.. my small medically monitored dose of THC is considered federally illegal  and technically as punishable as if I had sold jars of Fentanyl to someone or was in possession of multiple grams of Heroin. Crazy.. medical prescribed marijuana use in MN is technically a Federal crime passed down from courts found within the limits of Washington D.C. where RECREATIONAL marijuana use was LEGALIZED approx 9 year ago!
