My first Assignment for COM 381. Played using my keyboard keys. I picked this instrument because it sounded cool. When I was making I was thinking about this dream I had a while ago where I was walking around at night, and there were fish tanks and fish all over the place because it was a full moon and everyone had turned into a fish werewolf. 

COM381 Soup - Assignment 1

Improved version of my assignment 1. I changed the beginning and the end and got rid of some stuff in the middle I didn't like. I used multiple tracks to have different settings and audio effects on the instrument at different times.

This was made from the audio of a Scott Steiner wrestling promo that I really like.

I used Dancehall 80's for my drum kit and Ionosphere Guitar for my midi track on this assignment. 

COM381 Soup - Assignment 4

I needed to investigate rhythm further, but felt like I already played with making a "weird" or "complex" rhythm in my last assignment so for this one I made a simpler drum rhythm (still using 2 drum kits) that loops and changes itself slightly over the course of the song. I also added a bass and a lead to build off of the drums and try to make the piece whole.

I wanted to make something more upbeat sounding but my refusal to not use the sliced break drum kit and lack of time led me to going the entirely opposite tonal direction. Creepy song #2. Other drum kit used was raged kit 04
