I began playing daughter music summer 2023 to help her sleep... I can read piano notes, did trumpet a couple of years in elementary school, 1 year of guitar then, but otherwise didn't really mess around until last summer. I mainly make them for my daughter.

I composed this song one night for Gaia. I was experimenting in c # and just played each track/instrument one by one and was done.

Movements

I'm a psychotherapist who specializes in trauma, anxiety, adult autism, and adjustment stressors. I run my own private practice. 
I began messing around in garageband to play music for my daughter to help her sleep... and I kept going. I really have no idea what I'm doing. I could read music, play piano (not sight read), and composed one melody when I was like 10. I make it mostly for me. I use soundcloud or spotify to try and make it easier for friends, clients, or anyone interested.
