Regretfully Yours

This year, Tedra has been meditating on these two words –
Grace and Pause. She keeps them with her at all times. They
keep her centered and focused in a world that she finds
can so easily knock her off kilter. She will share how she
came to Grace and Pause and what they mean to her.

I wrote this song at the beginning of the pandemic as a sort of meditation on my own anxieties and depression. With an ethereal atmosphere and a comforting drone, this is a piece for calming anxiety and healing the inner pain. For letting go.
