I wrote this song after waking up at 4am. I was severely struggling to come out, but I was ready to talk about him in a song. This song is perhaps the most personal I have written. It speaks to the intense anguish of being in love, but also the liberation. Love feels both epic and personal. And I wanted to get all these elements into this song. Hope you like it!
