A voice that sung his deepest fears, his torments and his horrors. “Have you come here seeking your heart?” the mask asked. “It is all here in my palm.” When the boy approached, the voice of his own heart grew louder. “But you cannot take it and leave these voices behind.” At first the boy fled, but wherever he ran, it followed. “This is not beautiful as you promised me,” he cried, but the nymph was gone. So finally the boy swallowed his fear, and sook out the dark that he had buried.

Hi everyone, sure has been a while. Hope you enjoyed this little remix I made to take part in the remix contest (didn't win of course)

I little heads up on where I'm at. Gave myself a pretty rough time at the end of last year, and I won't lie a lot of things went to my head. But I'm back now, and looking forward to putting out more music
The EP I was working on has been delayed again because I'm dumb and COVID-19 happened. As soon as we can get back in the studios I'm finishing it I promise. I've also been working on a chill/ambient album for another project and a couple of commissions for film students and friends at Uni.

Taking pauses between any projects doesn't ever changed the fact, that I was working every week, every day organizing my life under music creation as I dedicated myself to it years ago. made for 2020 Song Challenge held by Jono Smithers

I think it gives a good insight of how 2020 went for me. The part starting at 1:05 symbolises my depressive episode during winter. I really felt either nothing or very deep sadness, this is the time when I've released "Lonely Valentine". The drop is a symbol of spring. I felt so inspired back then. It was great!
Then, at 3:49, there's another sad part. My father had passed away in July. I really struggled for several days after that. The longer build up symbolises that it took me a while to get back to normal (again, symbolised by the 2nd drop).
And, here we are now. I'm really happy how it turned out, and I'm hoping that you'll like it too!
