Listening to this now whilst I FREAK OUT doing BURN PREP ROFL!!!  WIll miss you this year!  But 2020 gonna be better anyways!  C'est la vie!

I was saving some of these jams for months, waiting for the right moment to send our hearts, bodies and souls into a wild frenzy as we once again journeyed on the road to Black Rock City. With the feeling of an expansive and dusty sunrise always in my mind, I was warming up the main room at Great Northern in San Francisco and it took no time at all for the space to pack in with fellow wanderers, dreamers and playa people who were ready to give in to the waves of sonic bliss. 

As we dive into the deep end together with our hearts open, just imagine that I’m right there along side you dancing my dusty boots off to the bitter end. First on the floor, last to leave. I’m looking forward to seeing you all on desert dance floor and beyond in 2023.

Der Realität entfliehen und mit Gleichgesinnten alternative Lebensmodelle erproben. Mit seinen ruhigen und verträumten Sets hilft er seinen Zuhörern zu entschleunigen und sich ein wenig Ferienkommunismus in den Alltag zu holen. Atmosphäre und Ambiente gehören zu seinen Stärken. Damit schafft Mark es die Menschen  abzuholen und temporär zu befreien.

One night at the Groove Lounge

Silence decorator and curator of fine grooves formerly known has Jacques the Ripper , Jacques started playing at house parties for friends thirsty for good music and good vibes, then it  quickly progressed to playing small to medium events and West coast festivals. A long life bedroom dj and music lover he ended up at the  Burning Man festival where the desire to move from the dance floor to behind the decks happened. Founder of the infamous "kundalini lounge" and  the "Groove lounge " his  musical journey continued all over the US west coast, Mexico, Colombia, Thailand and his native birth country  of France. Able to read a crowd ,possessing  an eclectic library of heavy bass lines , sexy beats and melodic grooves he can adapt to various vibes and take the dance floor on epic journeys. Late night sexy vibes or memorable sunrise sets is where he exels and feels right at home. Unable to perform during the pandemic he started producing with close producer friends and released 3 tracks and is working on new ones . Focused on music and not social media his relentless thirst for  sharing music and making people dance  is has fresh as his first sets in front of his friends back in the days.
