I remember when my lung collapsed;

There was a former nurse, who, when I was younger, indirectly abused me psychologically;

telling me things like "use people"
"why are you taking a vacation? We need you here."

I felt so ashamed to take a vacation or even a week or two;

she was just shaming me.
