New York house legends Danny Krivit and DJ Romain came together over two decades ago, releasing the almighty, funk infused 'Philly Groove’ on DJ Romain's label Metro Trax Recordings. Now Glitterbox revisits the record, introducing it to a new generation of disco lovers with fresh remixes from Master at Work Kenny Dope alongside king of the edit Dr Packer. This package also includes a remix from Dave Lee, formerly known as Joey Negro, which shines a light on Linda Clifford’s strikingly glamorous vocal. This Glitterbox release is a hefty slice of disco goodness not to be missed.

Copenhagen-based musical adventurer Ground Plane Aerial returns with the latest instalment under his recently birthed moniker – this time launching his very own Theorama label project with a typically expressive 'Elusive Maneuvers' EP.
Ground Plane Aerial is the latest incarnation of the mysterious man behind the highly regarded Paxton Fettel project. With countless releases under his belt on much respected labels – including Delusions Of Grandeur, Kolour LTD, Apersonal, and regular home Greta Cottage Workshop – the new nom de plume is an exciting new vessel from where he intends to advance his odyssey into house-inspired jazz-funk futurism. Fresh from inspired releases and remixes on Apparel Music and Tensnake's True Romance, his latest offering is every bit as striking as we've come to expect from the maverick producer.
The lively tempo, dramatic stabs and elegant musicality of 'Ethereal Drop' render it an esoteric classic in the making. Guitar picks burst into life over lush pads while synth arpeggios meander across the panorama. Rich with intelligent musicality, the arrangement ebbs and flows blissfully before eventually disappearing into evocative violet skies.
'Magik In Fuck Off Major' belies its cheekily confrontational name, as intricate layers of jazz-tinged keyboard licks make way for delicious chord progressions. The crisp rhythm stealthily builds before a deviant funk-fuelled synth line joins the action to add a freakish intensity to the delightfully distinctive cut. Simultaneously detailed and spacious, the music overflows with originality while retaining a floor-focused edge.

Robsoul welcome the return of two close friends of the label: groove scientist and kindred French spirit Dan Corco and vocal craftsman and inimitable soul man from LA Charlie Sputnik. 
Two fusionists flexing two insatiably funky tracks: Dan’s laid down a series of golden cuts on Robsoul since 2019 while Charlie played a role in one of the label’s biggest releases in the last few years – the massive DJ Sneak remixed ‘Ooh’ from Pascal & Urban Absolutes.
Now the pair collide for these two super-sweet summer sessions. ‘She’s Got Love’ is a beautiful deep house serenade to the life and soul of the party. Full flavoured vocals delivered over a sassy, hip-shaking groove, this was tailor made for the sunny season. 
Meanwhile ‘Toe The Line’ ups the jack factor with a pumping disco-flavoured twist. Big funk bassline action with even bigger synth textures, this doesn’t so much toe the line but leaps over it mischievously, then leaps back… Then leaps again. Show some love.

Raw crunchy 909 beats, grooved-out 70s funk hits and attention grabbing Acid lines are just a few of the trademark musical ingredients Jade Cox has come to be known for. Though, while Jade's sound isn't unlike one you'd have become accustomed to hearing in a warehouse of late '80s Chicago, this hasn't stopped the young talented London DJ from representing her unique spin on that style. 
With her skills turning heads wherever she plays and an ever uncompromising realness to the music, she progressively built a following on London's pirate radio airwaves, regularly providing established podcasts including DJ Sneak's 'Gangstercast' series (being an honour in itself to be chosen amongst some of house musics greatest names), has really enabled her to push a style she truly loves and believes in.

When the time came to get her producing game on, the previous years spent focused on playing and pushing her own unique sound, had instantly enabled her to identify with a production style of her own. So, it was no surprise that when inside her first year of getting to grips with making beats, Robsoul Recordings boss Phil Weeks picked up 5 of Jade's earliest works to release her debut EP "Sketch The Way" on his imprint.

With the EP receiving strong love with key names supporting her release in their charts and mixes, this further cemented her mind to persevere and push what's real to her.

Having played all the key spots in her home city, Jade has swiftly progressed to playing headline gigs in all corners of the UK, and with new tracks currently in the works, look out for her forthcoming material.

In 2018, Jade entered the Smirnoff Equalising Music Campaign, and was chose as one of Honey Dijon's mentees.
