Drawing strong inspiration from the early 2000s, KVLR's sound is a testament to that era. By blending raw rhythms, dub vibrations, and disco elements, he infuses life into every room he fills, creating an unforgettable auditory experience.

Wax’o Paradiso Recordings continues their exploration of antipodean downtempo sounds with WPR005 - The Perfect Harmony EP. Enlisting Guy contact and Solar Suite, who individually are known for more powerful club fodder across the progressive and trance adjacent sides of the genre spectrum, here we see them trading a few BPMs for a spacious, textural sound across four tracks recorded in 2023 in a shared studio in Naarm/Melbourne.

In advance of their latest release on Lost, an EP titled One Nation, Leftwing & Kody have put together an hour long mix of their current perspective. It's a sassy collection of club music that features a few originals amidst a whole lot of Dirtybird love, some choice cuts from the European techno scene, and a closer from the new Tiga vs. Boys Noize project. 

The lads will also be playing at Fabric on June 19 during what looks to be one of the finest underground house lineups in recent memory: J.Phlip, Cause & Affect, and Huxley will also appear in the two-room party that goes until 7AM.

A firm favourite in the Hot Creations camp, Jey Kurmis is back on board the label following his recent ‘Kari EP’ with another killer release in the form of the ‘Not Too Flabbeh’ EP. The release features two-standout originals, with a heavy duty re-edit of a third original from label boss Jamie Jones.

'Not too Flabbeh' features Belgium producers Nukov & Yelmet, creating a bona fide ‘hit!’ complete with tongue in cheek, catchy vocals, rolling bass, and infectious groove, it’s a winner! Jamie Jones steps up again, this time to do a reedit of 'Farno, a four to the floor edgy killer. Last up is ‘Monkle’ with its tripped vocals and old school stabs!

Having honed his production skills for seven years, Jey Kurmis is really starting to see the fruits of his labour. His career has steadily been on the rise from his first release on Phobic Records to his artist defining EP for Hot Creations last year, and particularly since he joined the NGE Agency. Other productions can be found on the likes of VIVa Music, Resonance Records and Wow! Recordings with wide support including Heidi, Jamie Jones, Claude Von Stroke & Skream.
