After traveling to Central America BELLY DANCE SERVICES continues their journey further south: The fifteenth release of the Austro Turkish label is called TZANTZA. A genius joint venture between RANDOM ATLAS from Santiago de Chile and MARZIAN from Buenos Aires. The EP features saxophone player JOSÉ PEDRO CÓRDOVA as well as remixers CORNELIUS DOCTOR and OBERST & BUCHNER!

EP name giver TZANTZA is an epic piece of story telling filled with lively percussions, charming saxophone play and a captivating baseline. If this track were a movie it would be the latino version of Stranger Things directed by David Lynch.

The remix of TZANTZA comes from one of Viennas finest couples: OBERST & BUCHNER. Currently working on their album the co-heads of HEIMLICH MUSIC carved out a crunchy synthi stomper that brings extra pleasure to every room.

With their second original track BARRICADA the admirable trio from South America again proves their willingness to tear down barriers between traditional disciplines of electronic dance music. Therefore they simply just had to also give birth to a club version of this alluring obscurity. 

At last french producer CORNELIUS DOCTOR added his unique touch to BARRICADA. The co-head of Lyons HARD FIST RECORDS checks in with a floor filler or no, let’s call it a fancy boredom killer!

Silicone Soul (@siliconesoul) presents a remix for 'Jam Bounce Release‘ with Mexican Theus Mago that strips back the track's percussion in place of airy hats and a dark bass for a deep and driving mix. Since their inception as teenagers in 1998, the legendary Scottish duo have been driven and inspired by an unquenchable thirst for the perfect sweet spot between organic and electronic, synthetic and authentic, a dichotomy that has led to their dynamic and kaleidoscopic electronic sound. Roam Records label boss Jason Peters is back with a new EP of psychedelic italo inspired originals. The EP opens with What Are You Saying - a mid tempo chugger featuring Jason’s voice drifting over arpeggiated bass lines and electronic melodies with a bit of vocoder splashed in. The title track Little Cages picks the tempo up with a pulsating thematic drive. The EP is backed by remixes from Zillas on Acid and Club Tularosa. Zilla’s is up first with a gorgeous dubbed out version or What Are You Saying. Club Tularosa takes on the title track and brings the fun with an upbeat bassline and uplifting melody.

Javier Celis, a.k.a Mverto Futura, is a young Guatemalan producer and multi-instrumentalist, who presents us the new release of the label, entitled "Denoche Esmejor", a mini album where the journey of this young but great project is reflected, eight exquisite tracks raise the proposal that he has developed to this days, drawing a line between Indie Dance, Nu-Disco and Dark Disco has managed to create a unique sound.

Distorted voices, and touches of post-modern acid and Latin electro are a bit of the mix that Mverto Futura has prepared for us. With influences from genres such as Techno, House, & EBM, he creates rich organic bass lines, slick guitar riffs, hypnotic atmospheres, and pretty solid grooves that make this mini album a fine selection for any time of the night.

Oliver Schmidt aka Mighty is the mastermind behind the Machia & Velli project. Hailing from the German Hip Hop scene, it took him more than 20 years to finally start dedicating his refined production skills to his "teenage love", the one & only Italo Disco. His debut EP on Bungalo Disco, the Berlin-based label expertly curated by Italo Brutalo (SXDNS091), presents his business card to the Italian genre aficionados and showcases what he is capable of. The “Discorsi” EP delivers four well-constructed originals (five if we consider that “Pentecoste” comes in two versions: Original and Extended) and three vital remixes made with love and prosecco by Moonbootica, Deomid and master Brutalo himself.

Premiered here, the third track of the release is pure bliss! A happy and upbeat theme with a vibrant and positive aura that will put a big smile on your face whenever you listen to, dance to or think about it. With an oh-my-God bassline and a Jesus-Maria-and-Joseph piano layer, “House Of Machia” is a proper Neo-Italo banger devoted to triggering good feelings only. We don’t know about you, but we are very much looking forward to Machia & Velli’s future endeavours.

Another powerful release lands on the mighty British label NEIN Records: “Back On The Motorway” is the fruit of the interesting collaboration between none other than Montessori and Lusca (SXDNS216), two skilled and respected Mexican artists who decided to join forces for the first time ever to bring to life a couple of darkness-infused bangers. On the remix duty: Bucharest-based producer Valentin Gabriel Pandelescu aka Eddie Lanzat contributed with an exciting interpretation of the title track.

With recent appearances on HEARec, Nothing Is Real, and Play Pal Music, Montessori impresses with a refined ability of seamlessly gathering Alternative Rock, Post-Punk, and New Wave elements in his productions, while Lusca draws attention due to his more acid and intricate sonority whose result can be found on vital imprints such as Innisfallen, Golden Soul, and NEIN itself.

Eddie, in turn, joined the party with his characteristic cosmic/dark-matter-soaked favourite concoction – this time incremented with some Industrial garnishment to spice things up. His debut on Sir Neil Parnel’s roster couldn’t be more crowned, we dare say.
