Something was on his tail and he didn't know what. There'd been no time to look back over his shoulder, the only focus was to keep up the pace and hope whatever it was didn't catch up with him. He had no idea what his destination was and the streets were becoming increasingly unfamiliar the further he ran. Gasping for breath he felt his body start to slow as his heart rate soared, he'd not though about what would happen when he'd run out of steam, but that time was closing in...

Eliezer loves a good collaboration. The Tel Aviv-based artist thrives when he joins forces with artists peddling a similar sound: the likes of Middle Sky Boom, Niv Ast and, more recently, Ackerman, under the guise of Deadly Weapons. Of course he releases solo too but for his next EP, a return to local label New Day Everyday, he's bringing more friends along for the ride - some old and some new. Affiliates Niv and Ackerman are back on board, joined by vocalists Vongold and Isadora and the minds behind Mexican label Duro, as well as NINAY who's the collaborator for our pick, a sludgy old school acid cut with a subtle Middle Eastern touch.

Roam alumni Silicodisco returns with Spanish compatriot Xácome to bring forth their Estas Loco EP. All tracks drive a strong psychedelic post wave sound forward starting with Rusty Grass - a gritty yet dreamy offering. The title track Estas Loco continues with the stripped down 80s synth themes found throughout the EP. Mind Panic fits in perfectly taking the vibe further with its rolling bass and ethereal soundscapes. Rounding out the EP is an excellent in-the-pocket remix from Chinaski.

● Right after the La dame Noir ‘Hideaway’ release ‘Miss Zagato’ presents a new EP “Whiskey & Cigarettes“ These 2 original cuts show the particular way of understanding Zagato's sound, while Ledi Cannit and Basura & Mierda remix.

‘Whiskey’ has to be one of Miss Zagato's sexiest tracks ever… went all out with masculine bass and hot 80’s synth bits to take us back to women wearing red box shoulder suits and heels, going about seducing their bosses. Zagato has a deeply expressive freeform sound that mixes darker moods with beautiful synths and ’Cigarettes’ brilliantly push us into a new arpeggiated journey in London after hours, the perfect mix between catchy and sexy with a somnolent mood.

from Turkey ‘Ledi Cannit’ excellently remixes the track Cigarettes into something sci-fi cosmic outside this dimension, the drums hits hard and the solid bass line carries us along with some astral stabs.

Up next, to close the EP we have Basura & Mierda remix, a more aggressive and paranoid cut with looping arps more eclectic rhythms, blurred voices and whirring machines, a dancefloor gem.

Veteran Swiss DJ and producer Christophe ‘Daze’ Dasen aka Plastique De Rêve releases “Zombie Radio” a full-length digital album of unreleased tracks and instrumentals from his 1980s EBM / industrial band “DEO CADAVER” via Bandcamp.

It’s a true old-school concept album, that being the cadaver of a broken radio, a “Zombie Radio” half buried in a voodoo swamp, that suddenly comes back to life out of an unknown invisible energy and plays music from a time long gone - “DEO CADAVER” music, tuning through the channels at different points in space-time, reflecting the bands’ evolution and influences over their 6 years of existence.

The tracks are featured chronologically from 1987 to 1993, according to the date of their creation. The listener will be well advised to tune the Zombie Radio and check tracks all across the album playlist, as the bands’ gear, sound and influences varied greatly over time!

Guatemala City-based producer Javier Celis a.k.a Mverto Futura (@muertofutura) takes "Perseguido" on high energy, vibrant, and eclectic, equally dark and crispy, Indie Dance territories, marching through heavy pounding beats and sharp knocking percussion hits, topped by desolate swirling string atmospherics, to trigger a syncopated hypnotic floor of undulating bass line drives overcast in a piercing drone frequency, whilst distant esoteric chants open a swaying and glitching dimension where arcade laser effects scatter and blast, with over-zealous obsessive tendencies, leaving the dancers awake and weary after being “Chased” through a heady strobing maze.
