Phasmid & Friends: Immersions EP (Preview)

In 2020, Phasmid released his debut single ‘Shunned’ on Gimme A Break’s We Are Viable compilation, raising funds to support Leeds-based MAP Charity. Five years on, the eclectic DJ and producer has announced that his debut physical EP will be released via GAB on March 7th 2025.

Hadal Zone EP is the culmination of Phasmid’s various musical explorations to date, showcasing the producer’s signature clean-cut and bass-led take on breakbeat, electro and trance fusion.

After several years of existence as a music broadcasting channel, we decided that one day we had to launch our own label to promote our favorite artists... and that day has come!

We present our first compilation, featuring 6 tracks composed for the occasion by our friends Thinh, CHOKO, Sereja Burakovv, Rebro, CSL, and Kamyar Ring.

The musical universe is eclectic, ranging from break sounds and destructured rhythms to the warm & sophisticated urban House.

Born in the UK and raised in the coastal town of Yallingup in the southwest of Western Australia, Max Leaver - known professionally as SNAX - has been steadily carving out a name for himself in the world of underground music. SNAX’s production style continues to evolve, shaped by his musical influences and a fearless approach to production. Each track on the EP reflects SNAX’s signature ability to balance dance floor-ready intensity with deep undertones. The result is a cohesive yet eclectic body of work that captures the styles that define his sound. The project was produced entirely on the road, as SNAX spent six months traveling with nothing but a laptop.
