Almost every aspect of my surrounding started running in circles in my head to the point of making me dizzy. Forget about trying to think straight. I started feeling negative, bitter and full of rage.. everything was easily triggering. It felt like I was trying to squish these emotions into a tight box that is already full. It just wasn’t working out, the more i tried. So i finally stopped. I couldn’t keep continuing my days feeling like this. So just like that cliche.. If i want to change. Be the change, you know? It doesn’t go like that but you get it... So I decided to take a break and catch a flight to new scenery. Finally be able to catch my breath again. I decided to finally take the time to heal and find love for myself again. I’m ready for new adventures and challenges and for the first time, to do something alone. Now whatever I do is on me to the fullest and I’m so excited. New city. The Big Apple. New York! Let’s see what happens. This beat is my frequency feelings ❤️ hope you can feel the frustration in my heart yet a breath of fresh air at the same time. 

We may be going through hard times that only time can heal so try not to get too comfy in that dark place. It’s a choice that sometimes only you can get yourself out of. So just do it. Whatever it is. Take the action for yourself ..we only have now so make it count for YOU.
