Oslo's Rave-enka is back on Paper with an EP that translates as the aptly named 'deep dive'. His trademark dry analogue drums and tech stylings put through the Norwegian wobble filter are present and correct.

Dypdykking goes subterranean with crisp percussion and a sinister bass before breaking to a Detroit pad that builds in intensity before the filters are open and it growls into late night basement stylings.

Drepern wobbles and bumps with a jacking analogue bass and minor synth chords as a pad from the outer breaks the tension. 

Lystigheten is all about the lightness of touch with congas that roll, synths that spark and drums and MPC2000 beats. This is equally at home in Detroit or Berlin.

Ladders takes a nod to the 90s with it's good time stabs and mellow arps and plenty of cosmic stylings.

Three years on from his last solo EP with us Yarni is back with three fresh cuts. Recorded onto a mates broken, 4 track tape recorder, they're full of warmth and texture.The Sheffield born producer has had a busy few years, releasing not one but two full length albums. He's ventured into new territory, collaborating with live musicians and releasing a wealth of work that goes far beyond the realms of house music. His recent albums have touch on electronica, jazz and afro-beat whilst all remaining cohesive and true to himself. His ability to develop a groove is second to none. Good to have you back Yarni!

It is exactly 10 Years ago since YOSA’s last EP on Dirt Crew Recordings and we are so delighted to welcome him back on the label! We have always had a deep connection with Japan, doing lots of events and visiting regularly. YOSA has always been one of our friends on the forefront of the Tokyo scene. YOSA has had a little break from dance music for the past six years, concentrating more on Pop and Indie music.

In his own words: “I believe this Rainbow EP is worthy for my comeback after 6 years of rest. When I heard the original vocal sample during the pandemic, I almost cried and immediately composed "Rainbow". Then I decided to go back to this house music scene where I used to be. I can see people dancing, laughing, crying with joy, and celebrating a reunion on the grass, under the rainbow with this track.”

Rainbow is a pumping and uplifting deep groover of a track and as YOSA already mentioned a perfect fit for any Summer outdoor dancing event. The second track “Thermae” has a more Disco-fied feel and an irresistible bass line. On the remixes we have a fairly new producer from Japan called “mok”, these two mixes are his first official outings, but he already has produced a big collection of tracks. YOSA says “He is such a genius, and I'm glad to be able to introduce his talent to the world.” Both mixes are chilled, relaxed and dubbed-out journeys with a delicate indie twist. Well, as expected, it is a REALLY good fit! Both of these guys, as well as being fantastic DJs with their own hugely successful musical projects, have frequently produced interesting and original music for many years now and Do I Stay is no exception.

It’s a piping hot journey down the rabbit hole of sonic perfection.

The original mix as well as being a fantastic lyrical journey also hits like a freight train with enormous drums and an even bigger bassline. Enough promo-speak though. We're back with three fun Tigerskin party grooves.
‚La La La Song‘ was a secret weapon for many Dj's when it came out in Spring 2011.
We've seen big smiles on the dance floor to this one. The ‚lyrics‘ just go ‚La La La‘ throughout the track, forming a simple canon. Originally the vocal was just recorded as example for a planned vocalist but Alex liked it so much, he kept it that way.

‚Jankowski‘ came out in 2014 on the short-lived Electronique label from Manchester and unfortunately stayed widely under the radar. It's a nice groover with classical strings and a cool break that leads you directly to a mountain pasture full of cows.

‚Anthem‘ is a brand new club tune that will shake your dance floors with it's super catchy percussion patterns, ducked cymbals and a 303 line straight from the alien ship. The vocal gives you a direct command on what you should be doing when hearing it: DANCING!

Parra, nome artístico de Aline Parra, é uma DJ de 23 anos, que reside em Porto Alegre/RS. Ao longo de seus anos foi se descobrindo como artista, focando na música eletrônica, vindo a descobrir sua verdadeira paixão de se tornar uma DJ e produtora musical, atuando na profissão desde 2018. 
Começou a escutar música e a sonhar com as melodias desde pequena. Queria que sua paixão e energia fossem compartilhadas, levando aquilo que sentia para outras pessoas. Focando nas batidas eletrônicas produzidas pelos CDJs e sintetizadores, começou a conhecer mais a mecânica, vindo a se aprofundar no techno e indie dance. A artista começou a adquirir mais conhecimento do gênero nas festas que frequentava desde seus 18 anos. Teve sua primeira experiência como DJ no ano de 2018. Suas maiores inspirações são mulheres fortes que comandam as pick ups ao redor do mundo, como ANNA, Charlotte de Witte, Ella Whatt e Eli Iwasa.
