Born and raised in the city of London, Jae B became interested in early underground music and culture from an early age. With evocative and emotive productions showcasing a stripped back, classic feel, Jae B’s sounds are a throwback to the lost generation of groove​-maker​s.
 
His debut EP on PetFood peaked high on the Beatport chart with support coming from the likes of Maya Jane Coles, Shadow Child, Leftwing & Kody and more. To add testimony to the groove maker’s debut release Nic Fanciulli discovered a hidden Gem from the EP entitled ‘Vibe’ and secured it on his Balance 021 series.

Maya Jane Coles heavily supported ‘Perfect Match’ throughout the release, charting & showcasing the track amongst her sets, ensuring the deep sounds of the London based producer was known to dance floors globally.
 
With an infectious sound that draws on swinging hi hats, low slung synths and masterly crafted baselines, and by joining the dots between the past and the present, Jae B works closely with PetFood Records (US) and Concrete Music (UK) label crews, releasing some of his best known work with them and spinning at the label nights at their London and Miami homes.
 
Despite Jae B production, he’s currently tearing it up on the underground circuit with festival performances and shaking up some of the best venues in London with the deeper sounds of House.
