Thanks to Joe Muggs and MDK for tracking this down.  Part 1 of a collaboration by various artists on Cristian Vogel's bulletin board No Future / Erutufon.  I'd date it around 2005, though happy to be corrected. Each artist had a fixed number of bars which equated to about 1 minute, sending the last 4 bars to the next artist in a chain.  Part 2 is hopefully coming, when it's found on old disk drives.
