Osijek born Phrasal is a 24-year old DJ/producer, and the youngest creative member of TRAUM, Croatia’s leading techno club night and collective. With sounds that carry authenticity and passion: Merging progressive and melodic undertones, with meticulous care for fast and punchy techno rhythmics. Phrasal is one of the talents not to be missed in 2021.

With over a decade of experience behind the decks, Volpe has become a respected figure in the Electronic music scene. His musical journey has taken him from the vibrant scene of Buenos Aires to the pulsating heart of Berlin.
His productions on esteemed labels like Frenzy, Sungate, and Mitsubasa explore sub-genres such as Dub, Detroit, Deep, Tribal, and Hardgroove, delivering a harmonious blend of energy and emotion.
Volpe's artistic roots are steeped in the rich traditions of Jazz, imbued with its complex chord structures and harmonization, steeped in Dub Reggae textures full of echo and reverb, and also deeply rooted in the rhythmic pulse of Afrobeat and Funk. He views himself as a synthesis of his musical influences and inspirations.
During his time in Berlin, Volpe has left an indelible mark on the city's renowned club circuit. Notably, he has graced the decks at Tresor and Globus, delivering closing sets that resonate with the crowd's energy. Additionally, his exploration of house music under the alias "Presence Of Mind" adds new dimensions to his sets, incorporating his diverse influences.
