I went missing over 3 years ago now… my own pain and childhood traumas and wounds caused me to nearly self-destruct as I ran away into the mountains with a tent and a backpack of stuff. I felt I had to get away from everything and reset on Mount Shasta. Then I was brutalized by the police for trespassing… It was incredibly disheartening to be treated the way I was treated.

Through a long and arduous heroic journey I made it home safely with my heart in tact, stronger and bigger than ever. And though I lost my mind, I created a new one. 

This is one of the songs I wrote when I first returned home to Nashville, Tennessee where I was born. I learned to self-create from the feelings inside that I tried to numb away and hide. I learned that I am love even with all the mistakes I’ve made. I learned that I am able to heal and that I am whole. I learned that I am divine and connected to Source energy eternally.

This song is a tribute to @tiffanyhaddish who I have so much respect for! She was homeless like I was and she became rich like I will. She manifested all her dreams and still stayed true to her self. She always keep me laughing and one night after I watched her SNL monologue I was inspired to write this song.
