The concept of this song comes from the perspective of thinking that we're okay when we deal with anxiety or depression, but truly were not... We have "defects" that cause us to ultimately "sink"... So we need  an anchor to at least hold us steady through waves when we do deal with that mental unclarity. I hope singing this song can be that anchor for you in knowing you are not alone, and you will get through each wave stronger if you cam "meditate on the right things."
