Looking for some Latin Rock? Here is my mix of “I’m Alright” by Angels in Amplifiers. Cambridge Music Technology was generous enough to put out raw multitracks of this song so that it may be remixed in whatever fashion, so thank you to them! 

I was aiming to have the most natural sounding performance while still making this recording “studio quality” because I feel that this type of music demands that, and does not benefit from huge changes to the performance. Hope you enjoy!

(LATIN ROCK REMIX) “I’m Alright” - Angels in Amplifiers

This is my (Joshua Johnson) mix submission for the Lewitt Mixing Contest! Let me know what you all think. I wanted to go for a grungy, dirty and distorted sound that packed a solid punch. The vocals especially are heavily saturated, which I think suits the overall style of the song well.  #MakeYourselfHeard
