Natural Forces returns to Dispatch Recordings for a 6 track EP full of his unique take on minimal funk. The ‘Fragments EP’ is Natural Forces at his best - each track is packed with soul and emotion, a deep, richness that runs throughout this exceptional release.

Title track ‘Fragments’ combines all of these elements perfectly, progressing through minimal rolling bass and emotive harmonics, setting the tone for the whole of EP. ‘Zero Hour’ is an experimental journey through tense and looming bass stabs, taking influence from the legendary Noisia for the track’s distinctive hook.  

The vocal throwbacks of ‘Motion’ continues the minimal soul and the pitch bent strings of ‘Submarine’ give a nod to the many influential early Goldie productions. ‘Sacred Ground’ is perhaps the most minimal track on the EP, making great use of frequency shifted mid bass and vocal cuts. 

‘Divine’ completes the EP with deep, musical emotion led by crisp drum work and nostalgic progression. Channelling another huge influence of his, this one is inspired by Natural Forces’ love of the classic Photek sound.

An exciting talent from Brighton, this 25-year-old artist has been steadily crafting his unique sound since the age of 14 and releasing music for the past 6 years. Although his initial forays into music were grounded in Drum and Bass, his move to Manchester ignited a multi-genre exploration, inspired by figures like Rich Reason and his inclusive brand, Hit and Run.

With a DJing career boasting residencies at prominent venues like Hidden and South in Manchester, as well as shows on the south coast at Concorde 2 and Volks in Brighton, his reach extends to notable festivals like Level 7 and Outlook Origins. He's also graced the stage for brands like Bloc2Bloc, Garage People, Delirium Sessions, and Bass Konnection, and played the free party circuit across France, Morocco, and Albania.

In Manchester, he co-founded The North Bass, booking artists like QZB, Zha, and Jam Thieves. After a pause in DJi’ng due to lockdown, he's channeling his passion for music into tutoring, building a client base through his expansive network.

His music releases have found homes in various labels such as Kali's Illicit, Lost Recordings, 4 Corners, and his own now-discontinued Royal Audio. The latter served as a platform for his music before he decided to focus more on his personal progression and music.

Support for his music comes from various corners, including artists and channels like Sicaria, Breakfake, Ternion Sound, Old Gold, and Deep Tempo, among others. He has also collaborated with artists such as Melinki, Rafiki, and Leks.

Inspired by artists like Sam Binga, Ivy Lab, Fixate, and Deft, his music reflects a dedication to innovation and genre fusion.

For him, the constant evolution and learning that comes with music creation is not a chore but a love. It's his passion for creating something new and interesting that ensures he never remains confined to one genre, marking him as an artist always on the move.

At 29, the Preston-born MC and producer has spent years cultivating a love for underground and club music, starting as an MC in high school before bringing production into his arsenal at 21. His music, a perfect blend of Grime and Dubstep with a dark UKG twist, resonates with audiences worldwide, earning him bookings in Germany, Poland, Estonia, and across the UK. He's also a familiar face at the esteemed Outlook Festival.

With his releases finding homes at record labels such as Infernal Sounds, Dungeon Beats, NSX, Sub Merchants, Deep Dark and Dangerous and 1Forty, his music permeates the European Dubstep scene, testament to it resonating with different cultures of Dubstep. Winning Tiatsims Beat Boss 8 along with his collaborations with Logan stands out as highlights in his career, further propelling his influence in the industry.

His unique sound has garnered the support of established artists such as Kahn, Sir Spyro, Truth, Hypho, Zeds Dead, and LCY, reinforcing his position in the music scene. His collaborations aren't just limited to Logan; he's worked with artists like Hypho who has multiple US tours on his resume.

Influenced by the seamless blend of Grime and Dubstep around 2014, he's drawn inspiration from a certain era of the sounds from labels like Bandulu, Sector 7, White Peach and more. The darker side of UKG also informs his production style, with Ghost/El-B, SPMC and others serving as notable inspirations.

From his beginnings in Preston to stages across Europe, he’s one of only a championed list of UK MC/producers that have gained prestige in both fields.
