So my NYE didn’t go exactly according to plan… We ran a night at the Trinity Centre in Bristol called “The Fresh Prince of New Year” and I put together a special 90s set which I produced a bunch of new music for, but sadly I never got to play it! My laptop overheated at the gig I played in Exeter earlier in the night (30 seconds before the countdown too!) so when I got back to Bristol I had to wing my set on a friends laptop using an old backup… Anyway, I pulled it all off in the end but unfortunately no one ever got to hear my special set - UNTIL NOW! So here it is, the set that never happened... Enjoy! :)

Quarantine Sunset Lounge Vol. III

After weeks of lockdown I decided to make a DJ setup with all my old stuff. Had some fun playing around with the old DJM 600 I had lying around and recorded this livemix. The mix is a mash of all kinds of music, mostly leaning towards soul/disco/pop but with some sidestepping to other genres. 

I didn't prepare anything beforehand, so some little slips sneaked into the mix. Also the 'ole DJM600 is nice, but you can notice that the quality of some effects has greatly increased over the years.
